I have very sensitive skin and have always been apprehensive to try new things, especially while engaging in my favorite past-time, a bath. I have used Flow Like Water, LLC. Gemscent Bath Collection for a little white and it helps to smooth minor aches and pains. Especially, my feet. I notice that these bath salts are less harsh than essom salt and they dissolve better and quickly. I give a thumps up.... I would recommend getting some to help with your relaxation routine.
